Description

You will act as the primary contact between clients and internal teams to manage gene therapy viral vector projects from process development through GMP manufacturing. You'll track progress, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery while building strong client relationships.

Requirements

• BS degree in scientific field (life sciences preferred)
• PMP training or certification desired
• 5+ years managing projects in pharma/biotech/CDMO/CRO
• 3+ years life science lab experience
• Adaptability to different time zones

Responsibilities

• Deliver client satisfaction through timely communication and expectation management
• Prepare detailed project schedules with major milestones
• Monitor projects and resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery
• Lead meetings with clients and internal teams
• Monitor project costs and prepare regular updates
