Description

As a Product Manager based in São Paulo, you will drive Airbnb's product strategy and execution in the LATAM region. You'll translate deep market insights into innovative product features and marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products that delight guests and hosts. You will own the product lifecycle from concept to release and shape the organization as it evolves.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of product management experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of product leadership.
  • Comfortable with individual contributor product management work.
  • Success in building and scaling global consumer products and ecosystems.
  • Experience creating product messaging and delivering to customers and media.
  • Entrepreneurial track record of taking an idea to reality (startup experience a plus).
  • Ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support product strategy/decisions.
  • Capable of driving execution across teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative and results oriented.
  • Ability and willingness to travel around 30-35% of the time.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other local language (Spanish or Portuguese).

Responsibilities

  • Build deep expertise on Airbnb in your market/region through user research, marketplace data, and competitive analysis.
  • Articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Airbnb products and new businesses with cross-functional leaders.
  • Implement best-in-class product development practices, including go-to-market kits and information packs for local teams.
  • Maintain and articulate a product feature and roadmap prioritization plan in collaboration with local teams.
  • Advocate for and execute new products that deliver impact for the business and users.
  • Communicate concisely and influence outcomes across all levels, including country and regional executive teams.
  • Drive alignment across product teams (Technology, Design) and key cross-functional partners to ensure initiatives are prioritized.
  • Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results.
  • Build and integrate partnerships in your country/region that expand existing and new businesses.
  • Navigate regulatory and government requirements in partnership with Policy/Comms and regions/markets.
  • Craft product narrative and marketing strategies in collaboration with comms and cross-functional partners.
  • Develop and deliver engaging product demos to press.
