💼 About This Role

You'll lead capital and risk analytics for a federally chartered crypto bank, translating complex quantitative models into decisions for senior leadership. You'll own frameworks for margin, liquidity, and counterparty risk across banking and markets regulatory regimes. This role combines regulatory fluency with hands-on modeling in a rapidly evolving digital asset platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain capital and risk analytics frameworks for regulatory compliance.
• Perform scenario analysis and stress testing for market volatility and adverse conditions.
• Evaluate capital and risk tradeoffs to support product design and settlement architecture.
• Produce documentation and governance artifacts for supervisory discussions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, applied mathematics, economics, or quantitative finance.
• 8+ years of experience in capital, margin, or risk analytics within banking or regulated financial infrastructure.
• Direct experience with capital adequacy, margin requirements, or counterparty exposure.
• Hands-on experience writing and defending analytical methodologies in regulatory or supervisory contexts.

• Experience with blockchain and crypto innovations.
• Advanced degree preferred (Master's or PhD).
• Familiarity with U.S. banking regulatory requirements.
