💼 About This Role

You'll shape the future of our platform by integrating AI into how we build software and into product experiences themselves. You'll design scalable, intelligent architectures and create AI-enabled features that fundamentally improve our product. This role sets technical direction, influences architecture, and raises the bar across the team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute production code in Python, Java, Angular, DBT, Snowflake.
• Develop unit, integration, and performance tests in CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect and develop core features for application and data platforms.
• Mentor engineers and conduct deep design reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (e.g., dbt, Spark, Kafka, Airflow) or application frameworks (e.g., Django, Node.js, Spring Boot).
• Strong understanding of data privacy and security in regulated industries.

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree (Master's/Ph.D.) is a plus.
• Healthcare experience with HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, SOC2.
• Exposure to DevOps/SRE practices.
