You'll join our Technical Support Team as the frontline for customer success, troubleshooting challenges and answering queries to ensure users maximize the value of our SaaS solutions. You'll collaborate with product and development teams to report bugs and share insights, directly impacting customer satisfaction and product enhancements.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot incidents, collect traces and log files
  • Communicate progress with clients and update CRM
  • Utilize support tools and processes to resolve cases
  • Support KPI targets and cover on-call rotation

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical experience
  • Experience with SaaS platforms
  • Familiar with relational databases and SQL scripting
  • B2 level English proficiency
