💼 About This Role

You'll lead 0→1 initiatives for EliseAI's next-generation AI products, blending product, go-to-market, and strategy. You'll report into senior leadership with founder-level ownership and drive adoption across housing and healthcare. This is a rare opportunity to operate like a startup founder inside a well-funded Series E company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead 0→1 initiatives from concept to scaled adoption
• Own cross-functional execution with Sales, Ops, Product, and Leadership
• Develop go-to-market strategies including positioning and pricing
• Translate customer insight into product direction using data and experimentation

📋 Requirements

• Bias toward action and comfort with high-stakes decisions under uncertainty
• High degree of autonomy and strong judgment in ambiguous environments
• Track record of demonstrated excellence in prior roles
• Willingness to work in person 4-5 days a week at NYC office
