In this role, you will partner with business leaders to drive performance excellence, evolve performance frameworks, and advise on organizational design. You'll also manage legal compliance and CSE representation in France, ensuring alignment with mission outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a People Business Partner in high-stakes industries (defence, aerospace, or rapid-growth tech)
• Deep knowledge of French labour law, HR best practices, and CSE mechanics
• Thrives in high-velocity environments with shifting priorities
• International mindset with fluency in both English and French
• Entrepreneurial operator with strong coaching and facilitation skills

Responsibilities

• Drive performance excellence through probations, reviews, calibrations, and promotion cycles
• Advise leadership on organisational design, talent planning, and effectiveness
• Design and deploy scalable playbooks, tools, and training for managers and contributors
• Leverage employee insights to strengthen team cohesion across international hubs
• Manage sensitive individual cases and ensure French labour law compliance; serve as primary CSE representative
