💼 About This Role

You'll perform bodywork on multiple panels including heavy plastic welding and metal pulling at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center. You'll help deliver low-mileage, late-model cars to customers. This role offers 100% company-paid healthcare premiums.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling
• Repair roofs, rocker panels, and large areas with Bondo
• Conduct stud welding and extensive bodywork on multiple panels

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and minimum age 18
• U.S. English proficiency (read, write, speak)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with heavy plastic welding
• Experience with metal pulling and roof/rocker repair
• ASE certification
