You will provide best-in-class venipuncture services, perform extended scope duties like EKGs and vitals, and maintain high standards of in-office care. You'll also assist with clerical tasks and master our technology suite to deliver human-centered care to patients aged 65+.

Requirements

• 6+ months experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer technology and multiple software systems
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture services
• Perform non-blood specimen collection, EKGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs
• Maintain specimen labeling, handling, processing, inventory, and sterilization
• Answer patient messages, follow up on lab cases, assist with clerical duties
• Use Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and EMR system 1Life
