You'll shape the visual identity and performance impact of marketing creatives for global gaming audiences, designing high-performing motion and static assets. You'll blend creativity with data-driven iteration, directly influencing user acquisition and conversion across digital platforms. This fully remote role offers the chance to work with international teams in over 30 countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design motion ads, static visuals, trailers, and app store creatives.
• Adapt creative concepts for different game genres and platforms.
• Iterate creatives based on performance data and A/B testing.
• Provide feedback to junior designers and external contributors.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing design or motion graphics.
• Proven experience creating high-performing UA ads and ASO assets.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and player psychology.

• Familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender.
• Experience in mobile gaming industry.
