Description

You will own Bloomerang's paid acquisition strategy end-to-end, driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth through multi-channel paid media programs. You'll define the strategic roadmap, manage agency performance, optimize channel mix, and partner cross-functionally to improve CAC, pipeline velocity, and ROI.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing with documented history of hitting CAC and ROI targets
  • Experience managing six- or seven-figure media budgets across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, CTV, and ABM platforms
  • Deep understanding of demand generation, multi-touch attribution, and complex B2B sales cycles
  • Proficiency in forecasting performance, modeling CAC/LTV, and using Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve paid media strategy aligned to revenue targets and GTM goals
  • Own paid contribution to MQAs, SALs, pipeline, and revenue
  • Manage agency relationship, scope, performance benchmarks, and accountability
  • Partner with Sales, Customer, and Revenue teams to align on pipeline quality and revenue outcomes
  • Analyze performance weekly/monthly/annually and optimize channel mix based on ROI
