You will lead high-impact growth initiatives using media mix modeling, experimentation, and predictive modeling to estimate incrementality and improve performance across Marketing, Product, and Lifecycle Marketing. Partner with senior stakeholders and mentor team members on experimentation and statistics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with vendor developing media mix model
• Design, execute, and read out complex experiments and quasi-experiments
• Develop predictive models to improve marketing and product initiatives
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Lifecycle Marketing to drive business outcomes
• Mentor analysts on experimentation and statistics

📋 Requirements

• PhD in statistics, economics, or similar quantitative field
• 5+ years applied science experience with predictive modeling and causal inference
• Advanced SQL and Python or R skills
• Experience in FinTech and Marketing preferred
• Strong business impact orientation and ability to influence senior stakeholders
