You'll build next-generation payment acceptance infrastructure for a global fintech unicorn. You'll design and implement high-volume distributed systems using Java/Kotlin and cloud technologies. Collaborate with product and partner engineering teams to solve complex payment processing challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop REST services and integration components in backend microservices architecture
• Design and implement new capabilities aligned with product roadmap
• Conduct architectural reviews and address tech debt
• Enhance operational effectiveness and system reliability

📋 Requirements

• Over 2 years expertise in contemporary engineering methodologies
• Robust computer science fundamentals with recent focus on Java or Kotlin
• Proficient in designing and constructing REST APIs and high-volume distributed systems
• Demonstrated proficiency in cloud platforms like GCP or AWS

✨ Nice to Have

• Extensive experience in payment gateway, acquiring, or issuing platform development
• Expertise integrating Local Payment Methods (iDeal, Klarna, Trustly) or major Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
