💼 About This Role
You'll own customer success post-sale, helping customers integrate and adopt Socket's security platform for open source code. You'll be the technical advisor, troubleshoot issues, and drive product adoption for customers including Anthropic and Figma. This role combines account management with hands-on technical support, no separate support team.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own post-sales relationship as main technical contact and advisor
- Lead technical onboarding for new enterprise customers
- Investigate and resolve integration, configuration, and compatibility issues
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and architecture reviews
📋 Requirements
- 6+ years in technical customer-facing role (Solutions Engineer, TAM, Support Engineer)
- 2+ years as dedicated customer point of contact with quarterly health checks
- Background in application security or DevSecOps
- Experience with CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI)
