💼 About This Role

You'll lead Lyft's Global Investigations Team, supporting fraud, community safety, and law enforcement partnerships. Your work will directly reduce organized crime impact and shape company-wide security policies. This role stands out for its focus on organized retail crime and cross-functional collaboration with Privacy, Legal, and Risk teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the Global Investigations Team
• Design and build a global law enforcement outreach program
• Conduct complex theft investigations related to organized crime
• Assist with threat and risk assessments for Executive Protection

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience working with law enforcement authorities
• Significant experience in organized retail crime detection
• Investigative experience identifying, resolving, and conducting root cause analysis
• Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects

• Experience interfacing with international law enforcement agencies
• Bachelor's degree or higher education
