You'll provide personal care and companionship to help adults stay safe and independent at home. Your work enables clients to live with dignity while you build meaningful one-on-one relationships. BAYADA offers paid training and flexible scheduling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Administer medication reminders and monitor vital signs

📋 Requirements

• CHHA license in good standing in New Jersey
• Minimum 1 year of work experience
• Ability to travel to clients' homes
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
