You'll lead and mentor an SDR team to exceed lead generation targets for a healthtech platform connecting providers and payors. You'll develop strategies to improve prospecting and appointment-setting, ensuring a seamless handoff to Account Executives. This role offers a path from SDR-AE to leadership in a well-funded Series C company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Oversee daily SDR team operations and provide mentorship
- Create and execute strategies to improve lead generation processes
- Conduct training sessions on best practices and continuous improvement
- Track and analyze KPI metrics, reporting to senior management
๐ Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SDR and AE sales roles
- At least 1 year of experience as a sales leader
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
