You'll lead and mentor an SDR team to exceed lead generation targets for a healthtech platform connecting providers and payors. You'll develop strategies to improve prospecting and appointment-setting, ensuring a seamless handoff to Account Executives. This role offers a path from SDR-AE to leadership in a well-funded Series C company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily SDR team operations and provide mentorship
  • Create and execute strategies to improve lead generation processes
  • Conduct training sessions on best practices and continuous improvement
  • Track and analyze KPI metrics, reporting to senior management

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in SDR and AE sales roles
  • At least 1 year of experience as a sales leader
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
