💼 About This Role

You'll lead fund-level accounting and financial reporting for complex real estate investment structures. You'll ensure integrity of financial data across the investment lifecycle, from acquisition to disposition. This role partners closely with portfolio management, valuations, tax, treasury, and auditors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review full-cycle accounting for assigned fund portfolio and investments.
• Prepare and review fund-level financial statements and investor reports.
• Calculate distribution allocations, incentive fees, and performance returns.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax, and treasury for fund audits and compliance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7-10 years of related experience in fund accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
