Description

You will lead network support for the VA's EHR deployment and training project, providing technical mentorship and ensuring network resolution across multiple sites. This role involves deploying and configuring network hardware, troubleshooting complex issues, and requires frequent travel (50%) to support installation and training efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with IP network design, analysis, configuration or troubleshooting
• Experience with complex network architecture design and implementation
• Experience with Wi-Fi hardware configuration and management
• Experience leading technical teams and troubleshooting multiple sites concurrently
• Ability to travel up to 50% and possess valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Lead network support for VA EHR deployment and training project
• Provide technical mentorship to staff at various sites
• Configure and manage baseband network connectivity, internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi hardware
• Perform hardware start-up, imaging, configuration, and break/fix
• Travel frequently (50%) to support installations and issue resolution
