Description

You will conduct diagnostic assessments and provide individual psychotherapy via secure telehealth platforms. You will support members with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, maintaining clear documentation and coordinating care in a multidisciplinary environment.

Requirements

• Active Oregon license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
• Strong communication and clinical skills with person-centered, trauma-informed approach
• Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy via secure telehealth platforms
• Support members with mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in EMR system
• Coordinate care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
