Description

You will partner with engineering to bring online silicon wafer fab R&D lines for Starlink satellites, driving equipment commissioning, process development, and troubleshooting to produce high-quality wafers for solar cell fabrication.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years hands-on experience in semiconductor wafer manufacturing or cleanroom operations
• 1+ years experience handling hazardous chemicals safely
• Ability to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. person)

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering to bring online silicon wafer fab development lines
• Drive equipment commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Perform hands-on wafer processing tasks (slicing, cleaning, degumming)
• Execute DOEs to optimize silicon recycling and minimize contamination
• Test and evaluate supplier materials through contamination analysis
