You'll lead pre-sales technical strategy for Docker's most strategic accounts, shaping customer requirements early in complex sales cycles. You'll influence outcomes by translating AI governance and container security capabilities into clear business value for C-level executives. This role offers the chance to operate at the intersection of technical depth and competitive selling in a remote-first company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead deep technical discovery across Platform Engineering, DevOps, Security, and AI/ML teams.
- Design, position, and execute structured PoCs/PoVs focused on policy enforcement and secure build pipelines.
- Build and expand relationships with technical champions across Security, DevOps, Platform, and AI teams.
- Advocate for customer needs with Product and Engineering, providing actionable feedback from the field.
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer in complex enterprise sales.
- Full professional fluency in English (mandatory).
- Strong experience running competitive PoCs/PoVs with defined success and exit criteria.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, DevOps, and modern application architectures.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Docker or container ecosystems.
- Development, Agentic AI dev, or Software Supply Chain experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
