Description

You will support laboratory equipment and instrumentation in the Operations lab, including installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair. Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot instrument failures, ensure proper function, and perform qualifications to comply with regulations. This role involves maintaining preventive maintenance programs and coordinating with vendors for escalated service issues.

Requirements

• BS/BA in biological science, biomedical engineering, or comparable experience
• 1 year of industry-related experience supporting lab equipment
• Ability to analyze and problem solve issues
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot instrument failures to minimize downtime
• Install new lab equipment and perform instrument qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Maintain preventive maintenance, routine maintenance, and calibration programs
• Track all service activities with proper documentation (GDP)
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and vendors for compliance and escalated issues
