💼 About This Role

You'll be the first face of Cabify at the airport, ensuring passengers receive a warm welcome and smooth service. You'll combine customer service with operational support to keep the ride experience seamless. This role is key to scaling sustainable mobility in Santiago.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome passengers after ticket purchase at counters.
• Verify ticket validity before boarding.
• Guide customers to assigned vans for city transfers.
• Resolve passenger questions courteously and efficiently.

📋 Requirements

• Secondary education completed.
• 1+ year of in-person customer service in transport, tourism, or hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with empathy and proactivity.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and complex customers in dynamic environments.
