You'll manage complex IT projects from presales through delivery for a global client base. You'll coordinate distributed development teams and take full ownership of budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication. This role offers the chance to work hybrid in Gliwice with international travel opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of project delivery from presales to maintenance.
• Coordinate distributed development teams and manage project resources.
• Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and manage changes.
• Prepare project plans and report progress to stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years experience in project management.
• At least 3 years in IT project management.
• Experience with large, complex projects and distributed teams.
• Fluency in Polish and English (C1).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in presales and preparing client offers.
• Knowledge of Prince2, PMI, or Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence.
