You'll join the FP&A team at Squarepoint Capital, a leading quantitative investment manager. Your core impact is delivering accurate management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. This hands-on role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a high-performing finance function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare management reporting packs, budget submissions, and forecast packs.
• Reconcile data between source systems, Workday Adaptive Planning, and offline analysis.
• Perform offline checks to validate model calculations and data flows.
• Work with business owners to source inputs and resolve queries.
• Analyze financial outputs and present insights to support decision-making.

📋 Requirements

• FP&A experience in asset management, hedge fund, or financial services.
• Strong experience with management reporting, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Day-to-day user of an EPM tool like Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or Vena.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.

• Track record of process improvements or efficiencies.
• Experience with data visualization, graphs, and dashboards.
