Description

You will supervise Security Officers at Crypto.com Arena and/or Peacock Theater, ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, and assets. You will manage event security, resolve escalated situations, and provide leadership and training to your team.

Requirements

• Availability to work at least 4 various event shifts per week, including afternoons and evenings
• Ability to apply logical thinking to complex tasks and perform varied duties without loss of composure
• Experience supervising security personnel in a large venue or similar environment
• Knowledge of security procedures and incident documentation
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Uphold security prime directives and protect safety/security of guests, team members, and assets
• Resolve escalated security situations, provide warnings, and complete ejections/arrests as necessary
• Enforce venue Event Policies and manage incidents during events
• Deploy staff for events, assign shifts and equipment, and train staff in guest service and security skills
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to security team members
