• Assist Talent Associates with sourcing channels and recruitment calendar.
• Schedule interviews and provide status updates throughout the search.
• Open requisitions, post job descriptions, and review candidate materials.
• Conduct structured phone screens and document candidate insights.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Strong interest in learning full-cycle recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
