💼 About This Role

You'll own the tooling roadmap for modular buildings and power distribution products at an AI infrastructure company. You'll drive DFM/DFMA integration from early design through production. This role offers high impact and growth within a vertically integrated team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and maintain multi-generational tooling and fixture strategy
• Design complex jigs, fixtures, and test tooling using SolidWorks
• Serve as tooling voice in DFM/DFMA reviews to reduce fixture complexity
• Source and manage tooling fabrication vendors and first-article inspections

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of tooling and fixture design experience
• Expert-level proficiency in SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM
• Strong command of ASME Y14.5 GD&T
• Deep understanding of precision machining, welding, and sheet metal fabrication

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• Experience with tooling for modular buildings or switchboards
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
