You'll define product vision, champion customer needs, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring innovative urology technologies to market. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute product strategy for disposables and accessories portfolio.
• Own product lifecycle from ideation to market launch.
• Conduct user research and gather Voice of Customer feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to evaluate concepts and prototypes.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years product management experience in medical device industry.
• Strong critical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree (MBA or MS).
• Experience managing high volume disposable medical devices.
• Experience with Jira and Jama.
