💼 About This Role

You'll provide direct patient care in a supportive clinic environment, focusing on preventative care for seniors in the PACE program. You'll enjoy consistent hours with no on-call, weekend, or holiday work, and experience fast-track career growth. This role is different because you'll work in a low-stress, non-acute setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Aid with wound care, IV therapies, and medication management
• Provide clinical support to Medical Assistants as needed
• Instruct patients and caregivers on disease management
• Record patient care delivery and implement nursing measures

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Unencumbered RN license
• Reliable means of transportation
• Obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred
• Triaging experience preferred
