• Oversee all Guidewire PolicyCenter and related teams
• Serve as engineering counterpart to business AVP of Pricing
• Deliver capabilities for Policy Modernization across product lines
• Lead production support for application modernization operations

📋 Requirements

• 10 years of IT management experience
• 4 years of people leadership experience
• Strong technical background in web-based application architecture
• Experience in all stages of software development life cycle

• Vendor contract management
• Property and casualty insurance domain knowledge
• Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter
