You will own the strategy, design, execution, and performance of Oscar Health's ancillary product portfolio, focusing on dental and vision. Lead the full product lifecycle, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and member satisfaction.

Requirements

• Accountable for strategy, design, execution and performance of ancillary products
• Primary focus on dental and vision in the individual market
• Lead vendor implementation, SLAs, KPIs, and performance scorecards
• Partner with actuarial, finance, regulatory, and legal teams
• Influence senior leaders with data-driven recommendations

Responsibilities

• Drive ancillary product strategy and roadmap for dental, vision, and other offerings
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to optimization
• Build business cases with financial modeling and performance tracking
• Lead benefit design and vendor implementation management
• Ensure regulatory compliance and lead cross-functional governance
