🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Lead contract negotiations with sophisticated counter-parties.
• Propose and develop tools to improve contractual processes.
• Train and manage lawyers and outside counsel.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor and member in good standing of a state bar.
• At least 5 years of legal experience.
• Experience in commercial contract negotiation, government contracts, data security, or litigation.
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing technology contracts.
