Description

You will own strategic site planning and growth for SpaceX's Bastrop campus, leading long-term infrastructure strategy to support scaling production operations and facilities. You will manage master utility and facility sheets, develop site plans, drive land planning strategies, and build relationships with local government and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campus expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Urban Planning
• 5+ years experience in site planning, facilities management, or infrastructure project management
• Proven track record in long-term planning, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory navigation
• Strong project management skills with MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, or similar
• Experience in high-growth industrial sites, utilities expansion, or campus development

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain master utility and facility sheet, managing stakeholder inputs
• Develop and manage master site plan forecasting growth and infrastructure demands
• Drive high-level land planning and usage strategies for campus expansion
• Build and maintain relationships with local government officials and landowners
• Partner with Government Affairs to expedite regulatory approvals
• Lead and project manage utility expansions from planning through implementation
