You'll build care agent tooling for Toast's restaurant support platform, migrating to a new omnichannel contact center and creating a unified agent experience. You'll own end-to-end development, integrate backend systems, and improve resolution speed and efficiency based on real operational feedback.

• Drive end-to-end development of care agent tooling from design through production.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Java, Kotlin, or OOP languages.
