Description

You will manage and sell Renaissance Learning's products and services within a remote territory covering Oregon and Washington, driving new business, renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities. You'll build strong customer relationships, increase retention, and collaborate with internal teams to exceed revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Meaningful sales experience with developing expertise in customer relationship cultivation
  • Strong understanding of K-12 districts, school administrative roles, funding, and buying cycles
  • Technical knowledge of ed tech tools and trends
  • Ability to build credibility and rapport with customers
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within OR and WA for customer engagements

Responsibilities

  • Manage new business, cross/up-sell and renewal opportunities proactively
  • Drive revenue growth in assigned book of business
  • Engage multiple decision makers to ensure agreement through opportunity lifecycle
  • Lead account team to develop winning solutions aligned to customer objectives
  • Utilize deep knowledge of K-12 education market and purchasing processes
