💼 About This Role
You'll join Carta's APAC Customer Support team as one of the first hires, providing front-line support to clients via phone, chat, and email. You'll help shape the customer experience in the region while mastering equity management software and working with C-level executives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to impact a fast-growing fintech company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide timely front-line support for all customers
- Proactively follow-up and engage with clients via email, phone, or Zoom
- Document client interactions to identify and address trends
- Assist with product development by testing new features and surfacing feedback
📋 Requirements
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Experience in a client-facing role, preferably call-center or similar
- Customer-obsessed with ability to maintain satisfaction scores under high volume
- Problem solver driven to help clients and improve processes
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with equity or fund administration software
- Familiarity with venture capital or private equity
- Knowledge of APAC business practices
