Description

You will own and scale the people infrastructure locally in the US and globally, designing and optimizing systems and processes that support the team as it grows. You'll combine execution with a builder's mindset, leveraging technology and program management to create efficient, compliant, and scalable people operations worldwide.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in people operations or HR operations
• Experience in a high-growth or scaling environment
• Hands-on experience with HRIS (Rippling preferred)
• Exposure to global operations and international employees
• Strong program management and process improvement skills

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize global people infrastructure and processes
• Leverage technology (including AI) to create efficient and scalable operations
• Manage HRIS (Rippling) workflows and system ownership
• Support global operations with international employees and EORs/PEOs
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong project management
