You'll serve as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into effective solutions while conducting workshops and supporting proposal development.

Requirements

  • Based in the United States and located in North Carolina
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM implementations
  • Ability to travel up to 25% across the Southeast region
