You'll serve as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into effective solutions while conducting workshops and supporting proposal development.
Requirements
- Based in the United States and located in North Carolina
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM implementations
- Ability to travel up to 25% across the Southeast region
