🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and sign exceptional talents in the streaming and gaming space.
• Act as a trusted advisor to amplify talent visibility and personal brands.
• Negotiate and execute sponsorships and brand partnerships.
• Develop tailored personal branding strategies across platforms.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of B2B prospecting and sales experience in marketing or sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of the gaming and entertainment industries.
• Experience negotiating influencer marketing collaborations.
• Proficiency in red-lining contracts to protect talent interests.

• Established connections with brands in PR, media, or influencer marketing.
• Business degree in Administration, Law, Communications, or Marketing.
