Requirements

• 10+ years industry experience with 4 years in hands-on engineering management
• Experience managing platform services and delivering projects in dynamic environments
• Experience managing high-performance individuals across time zones
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to deal with ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Drive reliability and personalization of customer communication systems achieving 99.99% delivery under 1s latency
• Lead subscription platform growth enabling 2x subscriber engagement and conversion in 12 months
• Reduce technical debt and operational costs by 30% through cloud-native modernization
• Build high-performing globally distributed teams with 90%+ engagement and <10% attrition
• Champion AI/ML integration delivering at least 2 AI-driven features per year
