You'll handle judicial subpoenas and related tasks as a Junior Legal Backoffice Analyst at XP Inc., one of Brazil's largest independent financial institutions. Your work will involve requesting case information, coordinating with partner law firms, and maintaining process records. This role offers exposure to multiple business lines in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Request case information from partner areas
• Interact with various departments to understand business lines
• Interface with partner law firms for procedural activities
• Register, update and approve processes in Espaider system
• Organize documents in network folders and Netdocuments

📋 Requirements

• Experience in law firms, companies or banks, preferably in Civil Litigation
• Communication skills in oral and written form
• Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously
• Proactive, agile, organized and committed profile

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of financial market and products
• Previous experience in financial market institutions
• Knowledge of the Espaider system
