You'll support end-user hardware and software across Windows, Linux, and macOS, participate in Linux and Windows server infrastructure, and assist with regulated computing environments for a diverse R&D team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support end-user hardware and software (Windows, Linux, macOS)
• Maintain Linux and Windows server infrastructure
• Administer device management systems (Active Directory, JAMF, Puppet)
• Configure networking including firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs

📋 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor's or associate's degree in IT-related field with 2-5 years experience
• Security+ certification or willingness to obtain

✨ Nice to Have

• Linux system administration experience
• Active Directory management experience
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks
