You'll own full-cycle recruiting for 5-7 GTM roles at a growth-stage SaaS company harnessing generative AI. Your core impact is building strong hiring strategies, sourcing passive talent, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Source passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and creative channels
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support offer process
• Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS or tech
• Experience recruiting for Enterprise AEs, CSMs, or Professional Services roles
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently and efficiently

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Greenhouse or other ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Findem, HireEZ
• Prior experience in a contract or embedded recruiter role
• Understanding of SaaS go-to-market structures and team dynamics
