You'll support the operational backbone of capture efforts across multiple divisions, conducting market research and coordinating workflows before the proposal stage begins. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support capture efforts through coordination, tracking, and documentation across workstreams.
• Conduct market, agency, and competitive intelligence research for opportunity identification.
• Maintain pipeline and capture documentation and opportunity data within CRM platforms.
• Facilitate capture review meetings, gate reviews, and action tracking discussions.
• Build capture tools, templates, and process documentation to improve consistency.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years supporting capture, business development, or proposal operations.
• Exposure to federal and/or state government contracting environments.
• Experience in public health, healthcare, or mission-focused sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, or related field.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with market intelligence sources (USASpending, SAM.gov, GovWin, etc.).
• Experience supporting pre-RFP capture activities and opportunity qualification.
• Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
