You'll own EHS programs for Aurora's West Coast facilities, ensuring compliance and safety in a self-driving technology environment. You'll drive incident prevention and safety culture across multiple sites. This role offers impact at the forefront of autonomous vehicle development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as onsite EHS representative for West Coast facilities
• Conduct safety assessments and Job Safety Analyses
• Manage waste stream tracking and emergency planning
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed EHS practices

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of dedicated EHS experience in industrial/manufacturing/tech environment
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Sciences, or related field
• Strong familiarity with California-specific safety regulations and OSHA/NFPA/DOT/ANSI standards
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel <25%

✨ Nice to Have

• OSHA 30-hour certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
• ASP or CSP certification preferred
• Experience with Cority or other EHS data management software
