You'll lead complex schedule development for large capital programs using Primavera P6. You'll enforce scheduling governance and perform delay analysis for executive stakeholders. This role offers the chance to mentor junior schedulers and shape PMA's best practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage complex project schedules using Primavera P6
• Lead schedule development for large capital programs or multi-project portfolios
• Perform progress updates, forecasting, and earned value analysis
• Conduct what-if scenario planning and delay/time impact analysis

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
• 10+ years of progressive scheduling/project controls experience
• Mastery in Primavera P6, CPM, GPM theory, and schedule forensics
• Experience with water/wastewater treatment construction projects

• Experience in developing standards and training materials
• Deep understanding of earned value and construction workflows
