🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cross-team discovery and root cause analysis
• Design and deploy end-to-end workflows and automations
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports
• Drive team data and AI literacy

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in operations
• Strong SQL skills including joins and CTEs
• Experience building AI automations with no/low-code tools
• Process improvement experience and systems-thinking

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Tableau
• Experience with Zapier, Claude, Gumloop
