You'll host live on-air shows and create digital content for KXLB in Bozeman, MT. Your work will drive community engagement across on-air, online, and social platforms. You'll be the voice and digital pulse of the station, building authentic local connections.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Host live on-air shows Monday through Friday
• Create and publish two original local articles per day
• Write and schedule engaging social media posts
• Represent station at promotions and community events

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience creating original written digital content
• Strong on-air presence with ability to connect with listeners
• Knowledge of basic FCC rules and regulations
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in NexGen and Adobe Audition
• Experience operating control boards and remote broadcast equipment
• Public speaking confidence
